We adhere to the world-renowned HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) procedures and our kitchen team are trained to global standards.
WHAT’S COOKING
Guests enjoy Mediterranean, Asian, African, Mexican and European style cuisine; with a salad bar, fresh fruit and tempting desserts.
INCLUSIVE BUFFET
3 meals per day buffet inclusive – eat as much as you can.
A LA CARTE
A la carte menu with 24 hours’ notice including lobster, steaks, and birthday cakes. Book your own barbecue or themed dinner on our rooftop terrace.
Whether it’s chicken fajitas or grilled marlin, there is always an array of meal choices for our guests.
The Chelsea Village catering team also offer a selection of themed food nights such as:

If you feel like getting out of the dining room, guests can host their own barbeque evenings on request on our rooftop terrace.
