Chelsea Water
Chelsea Village guests enjoy clean World Health Organisation-standard drinking water straight from the tap thanks to the Chelsea Water mobile plug and play Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems.
Pre-engineered and modular in design, they allow for simple connection and maintenance making them ideal for remote areas. The systems can transform water – from sub-surface and deep-well aquifers with high salinity levels through to sea water – into clean and safe drinking water. Chelsea Water’s Mobile Water Treatment Plants can be skid mounted and containerised to suit any environment and are ideally suited for mobile camps, oil and gas infrastructures, remote mining operations, remote communities and life support infrastructure with limited access to safe clean water. There is also the option of solar-powered units.

NapCap
NapCap modular container units are specifically designed for field operations by a team who have spent years working in remote locations. Designed in Australia, NapCap offers an innovative product of superior build quality, built to ISO standards. Easily transportable, able to withstand extreme temperatures, NapCaps are designed for fast assembly around the world. Offering quality and peace of mind, comfort is also a key delivery: inside our standard 20-foot container find double bed, en-suite bathroom, desk and sofa.

GymCap
A containerised gym built to ISO standards, designed by sporting professionals, GymCap is easily transportable and quick to assemble, providing high-quality physical training solutions.
Customisable to clients’ needs, GymCap offers clients cardio equipment with the latest low-maintenance, self-powered treadmills, rowers, air bikes and cross trainers, as well as storage and weight-pulley systems.
A high-end, cost-effective, modular gym, GymCap is easy to assemble and maintain, functional, resilient and safe, and designed by experts who understand the needs of the end user.

SafeCap
To reduce in-country build-time of the traditional Safe Room/Bunker construction in a conflict setting, COG developed a bespoke 10mm thick steel-enclosed (walls, floor & roof) Safe Room/Bunker, which is supplied complete as a plug and play, drop-in unit.
Manufactured in Europe, it includes AC, plumbing lines, electrical lines, two toilets, wash basin, lights, electrical sockets, bench seating and a secondary roof structure for further overhead protection (UN Standard). Choose between 20 foot (12 person pax) or 40 foot (32 pax).

Camp Build and Construction Solutions
Through our camp construction specialists COG, we are able to provide a range of remote site facilities. Inclusive of power, water and other essential amenities, we have experience with accommodations camp builds, office and conference facility builds, medical units, water purification plants as well as general civil and construction builds. With a portfolio of projects in rural and conflict-affected regions, no location is too challenging for our team.
Facilities Management
Our teams are equipped to provide a range of services to ensure your facility is managed correctly and compliant with local standards. We offer a number of safety related services such as equipment inspection, environmental health & safety and fire safety. We are also able to provide more general facility services such as cleaning, catering and general maintenance. With experience managing a range of different facilities, our teams are also able to provide full, operational camp management for complete peace of mind.
Catering Services
Our catering services are not limited to the Chelsea Village camp and can be requested for temporary camp sites or events in the Mogadishu region. With highly skilled chefs from around the world, our catering covers a broad range of cuisines and diverse flavours. Mexican, Italian, Mediterranean and more, our catering services can be conducted in either buffet or a la carte style.
Conferencing
Based at our flagship Chelsea Village site, we offer conferencing facilities for guests of the village as well as organisations wishing to host conferences for small groups of around 20 people. Our current packages include freshly made snacks both sweet and savoury which are ideal for mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks. Lunch catering can also be booked if required. The conference unit is fitted with video equipment to enable virtual attendees and our strong camp-wide WiFi is also a great advantage for those looking for a reliable and well-equipped conference facility. Our team are working towards a larger conferencing venue in the near future, to enable us to host larger groups of people.
