COG is the team of remote-site specialists behind Chelsea Village and various other operations in the region. COG are experts in planning, building and managing camp projects, with years of experience in Eastern Africa. Previous projects range from high-end NapCap container accommodation (as seen in Chelsea Village hotel) to temporary tented camps utilised by mining clients.

An Enigma Alliance company, COG has a unique offering within the remote camp management industry. The COG team has competency to design, build, install and manage remote camps without a need for subcontracting at any stage of the process. This enables COG to maintain a high level of output and provide camps that are custom built with a bespoke management service. COG also oversees all areas of camp build from power to water and catering.
