Chelsea Village kitchen staff are highly trained and experienced in working in extreme environments for multi-cultured clients.
Our food is imported from one of Europe’s most respected suppliers who supply 65% of the world cruise line industry. Our importers are a French company experienced in supplying remote locations throughout the world and all internationally recognised practices are adhered to throughout the door-to-door importation process.
We adhere to the world-renowned HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) procedures. This is a systematic preventive approach to food safety from biological, chemical, and physical hazards that can cause the finished product to be unsafe, and designs measurements to reduce these risks to a safe level.
Whether it’s chicken fajitas, or Singapore seafood noodles, lasagne or grilled marlin, there is always an array of meal choices for our guests.
Our kitchen team serve up three buffet-style meals a day. At lunch and dinner there is always a salad bar and plenty of fresh fruit, as well as tempting desserts such as homemade apple pie. We serve a traditional African dish at every lunch and dinner.
